This was a delicious open-faced sandwich (they call it a “tartine”) I had for lunch at Le Pain Quotidien. Black Bean Hummus with avocado and chipotle tahini sauce.

  2. Just got back from New York City….found two of these restaurants. Very impressed with the quality of food. Wish I could go there often, but I live in Mississippi.
    Can’t wait to go back to New York just to eat there!!!
