Stirfry Night

And here it is, the first dish every new vegetarian makes, is it not? Veggie stirfry, for which I used the leftover asian tofu marinade as a sauce, with a bit of a cornstarch slurry added. Had had a lot of protein of late, so decided just to go with the vegetables I had hanging around the keeper.
