Squash and Tempeh

Ah, and I’m back! Having missed hitting up the market again, on the weekend I made some tempeh bacon (poached and then sliced and marinated in a mixture of tamari, garlic powder, liquid smoke, maple syrup, and water). It all fell apart in the pan, but that wasn’t a big deal. To go with, all I had was a little spaghetti squash. I cut it in half, scooped out the seeds, and boiled the halves for twenty minutes, then did that thing with the fork and put a bit of marg and S&P on it.
