Scalloped potatoes/rutabagas! I made it up as I went along, starting with a caramelised-onion roux. I’ll have to fool around with this a lot more: I added way too much liquid and had to partially drain some of it halfway through, and the flavours need tinkering. But next time I fool around with this, I’ll post a recipe. But you can’t go wrong with dinosaur kale as a side, pretty much ever.
