This was a delicious open-faced sandwich (they call it a “tartine”) I had for lunch at Le Pain Quotidien. Black Bean Hummus with avocado and chipotle tahini sauce.

I love that! I get that every time I go there. They also have a vegan blueberry muffin that’s very good.

Just got back from New York City….found two of these restaurants. Very impressed with the quality of food. Wish I could go there often, but I live in Mississippi.
Can’t wait to go back to New York just to eat there!!!
