Sometimes in the summer I make super simple roasted dinners, like this one. Sweet potato fries, roasted green beans and tomatoes, and a slapped-together tahini sauce!

    • I honestly can’t remember what I put in this particular one!! The general principle with tahini sauces, though, is adding some kind of salt and some kind of sour note. So, some salt or soy sauce, and some balsamic vinegar or lemon juice. Plus pepper. And water, as needed!

  2. there are definitely summer days when we’ll fire up the oven and roast some veggies. never thought to top ’em with tahini sauce – what an excellen & tasty idea! mmmmmmmm!
