Quinoa Puffs

Here’s a breakfast entry. Rather infamously, I prefer peanut butter toast every day for breakfast, and have done so for about the last twenty years. But every once in awhile I try something different. I got this puffed quinoa from the health food store and it’s pretty good! Tastes a lot like puffed wheat.

    • I too am looking where I can buy quinoa puffs in the US. I brought some back from France. They sell it in Canada and will ship it but shipping is pretty expensive. I make a breakfast museli of puffs, walnuts, almonds (whole and slivered) raisins, craisins, pumpkin and sunflower seeds. It is a takeoff of a cereal I could buy in the UK while living there

  3. We can get puffed quinoa at Whole Foods in Canada. Surprised you struggle to find it in the US. We also have quinoa flakes which are delicious cooked kinda like oatmeal. Yum.
